PROMOTION Randomly selected Contestant(s) will attempt to make FOUR (4) shots within TWENTY-FIVE (25) seconds. The shots will consist of a lay-up, free throw, 3-pointer and half-court shot on a regulation basketball court. A contestant is a promotion prize winner if all shots are made within the TWENTY-FIVE (25) second time frame and all terms and conditions have been complied.
CONTESTANT ELIGIBILITY The following class of Contestants are ineligible to compete for the promotion prize:
a. All current or former professional and semi-professional or Olympic basketball players.
b. All current or former collegiate or high school basketball players including freshmen, junior varsity and varsity both men and women players who have played at that level in the past FIVE (5) years.
c. Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors or assignees of the Sponsor or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be INELIGIBLE to participate.
CONTESTANT SELECTION Contestant(s) will be selected at the event. To be eligible you must purchase a raffle ticket for $5.00 before the drawing. Once the Contestant(s) has/have been selected and eligibility verified no substitutions are permitted.
PRACTICING Prior to the attempt, no practice or warm-up attempts of any kind are allowed.
CONTESTANT PARTICIPATION Contestant(s) may not have previously participated in the promotion.
CONTESTANT AFFIDAVIT Contestant(s) must sign the Contestant Agreement to Participate Affidavit prior to any attempt at the promotion prize.
RETRIEVING BASKETBALL Contestant(s) must retrieve their own ball throughout the TWENTY- FIVE (25) second time period.
MISSED SHOT All FOUR (4) shots must be taken in the TWENTY-FIVE (25) second time period. Contestant(s) may take as many shots as possible within the TWENTY-FIVE (25) second time period, excluding the half-court shot, which is limited to ONE (1) attempt. If the contestant misses the half-court attempt, the prize has not been won even if time is remaining on the TWENTY-FIVE (25) second clock.

Contestant Selection: Random selection by raffle ticket. The sponsor shall randomly select ten (10) semi-finalists. Those ten (10) semi-finalists will be put back into a random drawing where the one (1) contestant will attempt the shot.
